In the market to buy a home? This can be a stressful time, so we’ve developed two prize packages to help you to relax and unwind.

Package 1 is a 7 day – 6 night vacation at the luxurious Cypress Dunes resort , Santa Rosa Beaches newest Resort Style Community, located on Scenic Hwy 30A in Florida, courtesy of John Willis Homes. Dates are subject to availability and certain restrictions may apply.

Package 2 is access to the Comcast box suite at Philips Arena during the Atlanta Thrashers hockey game on December 14, 2007. The package includes tickets for up to 12 people, food, and beverages.

Eligibility
To be eligible for the drawing for either prize, entrants must be 21 years of age or above and currently be in the market to buy a home in metro Atlanta. Entrants must also be pre-qualified by a reputable mortgage lender to be eligible to win. Verification of pre-qualification status will take place before either prize is awarded.

Drawings will take place on or about October 15, 2007 and November 15, 2007 from all eligible applicants. All additional taxes, fees, travel costs, etc are the responsibility of the winner.
